Sue thank you for bringing up that point about those who are older than 65+ and who have difficulty walking. I often forget that factor.
My aunt is 80 and she does seated chair exercises with very light weights to strengthen and improve muscle. She also does seated flexibility exercises. All of these seem to help her.
She was treated for intestinal cancer back in the 90's.
Strength training with hand weights. Start low and build up. I follow Jennifer Kirsch. She is a physical trainer that has programs geared toward middle age and up women. If she offers a free week of any of her classes, give it a try. It’s how you can then join her ongoing course. I’ve done her free week for the last three years (held at beginning of the year) and finally took the plunge this year and joined. She offers free courses a few times throughout the year.
You can also follow Fabulous50 on YouTube. She has lots of free videos. I just reached a point where I needed more. Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube (also free) is also a very good place to start. Yoga can help with muscle, balance and flexibility.

After stopping Letrozole, the complete exhaustion may get better, the arrhythmias may get better BUT the muscle damage doesn’t improve to be able to walk without very hard work.
The Letrozole can in some, and a very few, and perhaps older women, damage the muscles and ligaments that support
the leg muscles.
This is a side effect of Letrozole.
So, those people were having their leg muscles give out without warning.
Could be above and below leg muscles exterior or interior or the muscles behind the leg.
With no warning the leg can give out and you can fall as a result of this unless you can grab something.
In no way can anyone with this go for walking distance exercise.
The muscles can be rebuilt with chair exercises using a footstool for the legs.
I found an online strength class that is designed for Seniors called Senior Shape Fitness. So many videos to choose. She has some functional classes as well to strength you for everyday activities. I feel so much stronger and try to do them 3x a week. https://youtube.com/@seniorshapefitness?si=ILaP...

I would research the rare side effects of the other AI’s.
I do not know that answer about the other AI’s.
Please find out and do NOT wait til September.. Figure it out and call and talk
to a nurse there.
My new medical oncologist said that he would not have kept me on Letrozole for over 2 years.
My old medical oncologist saw me every other appointment alternating with a PA.
I think that I was ignored when I said that I couldn’t exercise, and had complete exhaustion and the increased arrhythmias were ignored. I am not an MD.
So, be your own advocate and fight like crazy….
