Hi Erica......New lumps can be nerve wracking and stressful for sure. The AI response mentioned it could be a seroma, but left out some other things. It could also be a hematoma, which is similar to a seroma and is filled with blood instead of being a fluid build up. It could be a swollen lymph node. It could be some swollen breast tissue. It could be a swollen lump after bumping or poking your chest in the spot it appeared. Luckily you see the doctor tomorrow so they can hopefully give you a better idea of what is going on after they examine the new lump. Good luck at the doctor tomorrow. It feels so good when you get the drains removed and you will feel much better in general once they are gone!
