I am experiencing serious gum recession with Letrozole use. No gum disease just recession.

My teeth are bad as well. I find it very disturbing. I’ve actually lost 2 teeth and since implants are not an option, I’m just living with holes on one side of my mouth

Same here. Gum recession with Letrozole.
My dentist seemed to think between age and Letrozole he would find it normal level of recession.

I’m on Letrozole and have serious gum problems and have gotten several cavities in the last two years (unusual for me). None of this is noted anywhere in the paperwork I was given, any discussions I’ve had with any of my team. It was suggested that I should stay on Letrozole an additional 5 years. The decision is still out there. I have so many side effects that were not mentioned anywhere ir discussed by anyone. I may not have cancer but will be crippled with muscle cramps, horrible insomnia and weight gain, to mention only a few. I pray every night to have the strength to go through this because my husband wants me to continue taking it. He’s afraid that the cancer will come back and he’ll lose me. He has said the final decision is mine and he will be with me on whatever I choose to do. This is just the gift that keeps on giving.
