I recently had a lumpdectmy, tumor removed, 2 lymph nodes removed that tested negative. I will be meeting with an oncologist soon. I have eliminated refined sugars and most seed oils from my diet. I exercise regularly and eat most meat, eggs, and produce from my garden or local farmers.

When I first started out, I checked a ton of books out from the library, and bought a copy of Breasts: The Owners Manual, by Dr. Kristi Funk. She includes a chart with different foods to incorporate into your diet, with how much, how often and why (the why helps me stay motivated). It is a good place to start for sure! Hugs!
