The tingles you are feeling could be nerve damage or could be your nerves that were cut and damaged during your mastectomy trying to regenerate. I personally ended up with massive amounts of nerve and muscle damage along with post mastectomy pain syndrome and lots of scar tissue after my double mastectomy and multiple other chest surgeries (I've had 12 chest surgeries to date). I never really had a tingly feeling, or if I did it was masked by the shooting pains, stabbing pains, electrical zap like pains, phantom nipple pain, muscle spasms etc. that I've experienced ever since waking up from the double mastectomy surgery. Good luck to you, I hope the tingles are only your nerves trying to regenerate which is a good thing ❤️
Mine was and is numb after two and a half years. I have only skin pulled over my rib cage. I have stings on the back side of my scars.
Yes, but it was not painful- just a strange sensation! And I just eased into the shower- and since that did not make anything worse- I enjoyed that shower to the fullest!! Gentle hugs!
