Yes, we need help when we are on a aromatase inhibitor that removes ALL ESTROGEN as it sets us up for Vaginal pain, atrophy, Urinary Incontinence, and so much more that the medical teams do NOT tell us.
The OLD Research on vaginal estradiol cream, etc. is just that OLD.
My Medical Oncologist, OB-GYN, Sexual Medicine MD all discussed and agreed that vaginal estrogen/estradiol is absorbed locally and in the small amounts prescribed is acceptable.(Imvexxy Vaginal Suppository 4mg-10mg) or a vaginal cream. Use 2 times a week.
Also, the use of vaginal suppository such as Revaree (Hyaluronic Acid-moisturize and lubricate). Use Every 3 days.
As well as the liberal use of Coconut oil both externally and internally. Use Daily
These three things done together consistently WORK. Yes, it will take a few weeks for you body to acclimate to all of this. It also depends on how raw and dried out your tissue is and how torn and cut up it is.

Quality of life includes sexual activity, not leaking urine, and being active!
Just because we got breast cancer doesn't mean we should have to suffer with all of this additional unnecessary debilitating health issues, men wouldn't!

I am telling my oncologist next week.When I see her that I am just too afraid to use the estrogen cream in any way.I still got a u t I while using it.Religiously. It is not worth it for me to use if it is not doing what I hope it to do.

I also have the burning on urination.... urethra issue and bladder...and frequent urination...I was given estradiol cream by my gyn and approved by onc. used small amount 2 x week. I don't get utis.... it's just the frequent urination and pain with urination
