My niece is really into using oils. She gave her husband lemongrass oil, removed butter from their house and his dr. was shocked when his dropped from 300+ to normal range in under 6 months. I'm trying it now...let you know in April if it worked!

Don’t bother with red yeast. Big Pharma created rules that those supplements cannot reach effective doses. Eating more veggies and taking a mild statin like Lipitor would be plenty. Don’t be concerned that it is a Big Pharma pill. It’s not super strong in comparison to other newer ones and has anti cancer properties. I would not let cholesterol get out of hand for long. A friend just had a heart attack and huge artery blockage because she ignored it! She had to have heart surgery where they cut through her ribs, tendons and muscle. So it’s not a joke, high cholesterol.

Please research red yeast rice supplements.

I read somewhere that they are not recommended now.
See if you can find that.

My doctor suggested I take Red yeast rice supplements... I took last night for the first time and was up all night with a stomach ache 😩 I plan on just taking one tonight with food and hope that it's better. I'll have more blood work in 3 months so we'll see 🥴
