You might need revision surgery if you experience:
* Cosmetic concerns - If hard lumps or the appearance affects how your breasts look and you're unhappy with the results
* Discomfort or pain - If lumps or implants cause discomfort that affects your daily activities or quality of life
* Functional issues - Rare problems like interference with breastfeeding or development of infection
* Persistence of hard lumps - If lumps don't go away with at-home treatments and may become calcified over time
