I went into the doctors office, my doctor wasn’t in but I did get to see a nurse. She felt it and said she’s going to send the Dr a message and see what we can do.

If it’s growing it’s not a good sign. They need to biopsy this asap!

Definitely call your doctors office and request an emergency appointment. With such a dramatic overnight size increase you need to get that lump checked out asap and they should be able to squeeze you in for an appointment this week. Sometimes it helps to freak out a bit on the phone. Tell them you're scared and it hurts and even get choked up and shed a few tears if need be. A lot of the time some drama on the phone will get you that appointment sooner rather than later. If not then I would go to the emergency room. Good luck!
