In my research on AIs and CDKs I haven't found anything about Letrozole causing nosebleeds. The CDKs can give you nosebleeds though as a side effect. I also got nosebleeds from the Docetaxol chemo which my oncologist said was from my platelets getting too low. That's why CDKs can also give you nosebleeds cause they can lower your white and red blood cell counts along with platelet counts.
