Vit K2 doesn’t affect the clotting and that’s the one you need to take with vit D3. It’s the other types of K that affect it.

While vitamin D is important for breast cancer patients and helps your body absorb calcium, it's best to speak with your healthcare provider before starting any vitamin supplementation. They can test your vitamin D levels through a simple blood test during your regular physical to determine if you need supplements.

If supplements are recommended, follow the prescribed dosage carefully. Taking too much vitamin D can cause serious side effects including:
• Nausea and vomiting
• Muscle weakness
• Confusion
• Pain
• Dehydration
• Kidney stones Vitamin D plays several important roles in your body, including:
• Helping muscles move
• Supporting nerve signal transmission
• Enabling immune system function
• Assisting bones in absorbing calcium

Research suggests that higher blood levels of vitamin D may be beneficial for people undergoing breast cancer treatment. However, any supplementation plan should be discussed with your doctor first, as vitamin D can interact with certain medications.

If you are on any sort of blood thinner you have to be careful with your vitamin K intake as it can have an effect on how your blood clots.
