Searching for a good bra

I need a good bra but I need the sides to come up high (like a sports bra) so that it doesn't cut into my lymph node incision. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I've been wearing sports bras and I don't have an aversion to them, but I need something that when I wear a tank top, or sleeveless top - something that doesn't look orthopedic (LOL).
