Hanes makes a nice tank with a built in bra, too.

With my expanders, I just wear a tank with a built in bra. It probably depends on what size you go to, but it worked for me, being (and staying) small. I had to wear a prosthetic for awhile, and wearing a 'real' bra with that was so odd, after months of just the tank. I ordered a roomy size through Amazon: maysoul Women Basic Solid Camisole Shelf Bra Tank Top Adjustable Spaghetti Camis. Some camis come with thicker straps too, which some find more comfortable.
