If done before surgery, Taxol weekly times 12 followed by Adriamycin and Cytoxan every other week times 4. If after surgery Adriamycin and Cytoxan followed by Taxol. I have seen Taxotere and Cytoxan every 3 weeks times 4 for micro Mets in a lymph node or a marginal Onco type.
I’m sure doctors do things differently. My chemo was pre surgery and it was AC for 4 times every 2 weeks and Taxol 4 times every 2 weeks. It shrunk it so much they didn’t see it on ct scan after chemo but there was a little when they did surgery.
