I started radiation yesterday and am getting conflicting information. Am I allowed to use aluminum Free deodorant on the treated side or not

1 doc and nurse said don’t use at all and another said only use aluminum free just don’t use 2 hours before treatment.

I would not use any deodorant at all because radiation can cause changes in the skin. If even one doctor or nurse said not to use deodorant. I wouldn't use any during radiation. Wishing you the very best. Much love and endless hugs.

Don't use any for the time being. Put in on after your treatment is done
