@A MyBCTeam Member,
Yes, I've had good results with Relizen. It doesn't totally eliminate the hot flashes from taking AIs, but it does definitely reduce the frequency and intensity of them.
I've found Bonafide to be an excellent company to order from with exceptional customer service. In addition to Relizen (for hot flashes) I also take their Rizela natural supplement for improved sexual satisfaction (also impacted by our friends the AIs). Feel free to reach out if you have other questions, Sue

Research has shown that alternative approaches like acupuncture can be effective - some studies found that up to 20 acupuncture treatments over six months helped reduce both hot flashes and night sweats. If natural remedies aren't providing enough relief, you might want to discuss medications like gabapentin or venlafaxine with your doctor. A MyBCTeam member shared that venlafaxine helped reduce their hot flashes when taking letrozole. Another member found that gabapentin was the only treatment that worked for their menopausal symptoms.

Remember to always consult with your healthcare team before starting any new treatments - even natural ones - to ensure they won't interfere with your breast cancer treatment plan.
