I found that wearing a compression garment daily helps with swelling from seroma or lymphedema. I tried the medical garment route - not much available and poor quality. I ended up buying shapermint bras (no wires) and camisoles. They are designed for slimming but work well for compression.

I'm wrapped really tight with an ace bandage. 😊

Are you wearing a compression bra/garment? Those will help prevent more seromas from developing.
