My right breast diagnosis is almost the same as yours! IDC, ER/PR+, HER2+. Mine is Stage 1, Grade 2B (because of 4cm size tumor and two smaller pre-cancerous tumors) with negative lymph node involvement. Because I have a completely different type in my left breast I chose DMX. I just finished weekly round 6/12 of Taxol and Herceptin. After I will have 30 days radiation on the left side only because of one positive lymph node involvement then Herceptin every 3 weeks for 12 months. I’m definitely no expert but my guess would be your Grade 3 because of the micropappillary features and your Ki67%. Thank you for your public service!
