I just bought biotin 5,000 mcg today. Did mostly for hair as while it's thin looks lifeless. Praying comes back on letrozole, tho getting leery. Been 4 weeks since chemo. Heard 6 to 8 weeks. Some it grows back, others not so much. Hate not knowing what category I'm in!!! Lol You right, they are worth the issues they cause...💖
I had all kinds of nail problems and I still have thin nails after years. The treatments we get and the meds we take to save our lives sometimes cause ugly side effects. Still think they are worth the issues they cause.
My last chemo infusion was 11 months ago - my left ring toe nail is peeling horizontally.. never seen this before ... I'm just glad it's only one toenail...

I don't think nail polish would be good for the nails.
But my ex-coworker alwasy had weak nails so she went to get her nails done with acrylic every 2 weeks .. but I know this gets her nails like paper thin...
I feel like my nails get weak / tear / split when they are not moisturized - I put lotion on every time I wash my hands - which is literally like 20 times a day.
