Swetha, if there were 10 products that lowered estrogen the side effects would be the same as being on any drug that lowered estrogen. The drug is not the problem, its what the drug does is the problem, depletes estrogen. If we had next to no estrogen there will always be side effects. What women have to do is research things that could help with side effects. ❤️
