Score can be as low as 0 and as high as 100. Generally, chemo is recommended for 26 or higher, depending on age. If one has a score of 25, and they are younger, it might be recommended.

It was explained to me ..on a scale of 1-50; 25 and below- chemo was not recommended. 26-28; chemo would still not be recommended because it would still be largely ineffective. 30+, it would be a conversation.
Unfortunately, mine came back as a 49! I'm blown away because almost every other test came back better. I figured IF it came back high or would be somewhere around 30.... Waiting to discuss with oncologist to see if I am having TC or ACT. *Sigh*
