Side effects of muscle/joint pain, hair thinning and neuropathy in hands on Arimidex. Dr wants to switch me to letrozole? Any advice?

I had lumpectomies for 3 lobular tumors 12/23. Invasive, ER and PR positive,
HER2 negative, Grade 2/Stage IA.

I've been on it since August 2024. I have neuropathy of both feet, mostly my right foot. So difficult to walk. Orthopedist said it's definitely the drug. Will start PT next week. I have to take this drug for four more years. I hope I'm not in a wheelchair by then. 😟

I've been on Letrozole since March, and I've had all of those side effects, except my neuropathy is in my feet. Everyone's experience is different, even if we're taking the same drugs.
