I am 62 years I have been diagnosed with stage IV mestatic breast cancer which has spread to my bones, liver and chest that takes ibrance and letrozole, does anyone else have headaches and feel so tired? I normally don't have headaches but lately I have them all the time. Tylenol doesn't help. Most the time I feel pretty good. I'm just curious?

I'm almost 62 and have stage IV as well. Spread to lungs. Lately tho in the last few days I've been having massive headaches. Hopefully it's the weather change. My next PET is next month. That's the thing with cancer. Any new pain concerns me.
