TCH- no P, I did 6 rounds on the three week schedule. Biggest issue was fatigue!
I also had Neulasta the day after, and that brought bone/joint pain for a few days.
Hydrate!! My side effects were always more challenging if I slacked off on getting the fluids in! Hugs!

I started TCHP January 14. I had a few stomach issues, dry mouth and one day of fatigue. This is all new to me too.

Sending hugs and well-wishes, TCH no P for me. Fatigue was my biggest issue- a few others but they were manageable. Listen to your body, and keep hydrating!

Welcome and I'm sorry for your diagnosis. I had TCHP for stage 3a HER2+ breast cancer. First, everyone is different so take what I say with a grain of salt. The first round wasn't too bad (I did have to have Cisplatin instead of Carboplatin for the first two rounds because of a chemo drug shortage-- Cisplatin is an older drug and I was told it was a bit more harsh (longer infusion time, etc.) so this probably made a difference in my side effects). Mostly, I had a very dry mouth, a sour stomach, and diarrhea (this was from the Perjeta-- eventually I got used to this). Your team should hopefully provide you with anti-emetic/nausea medications but be sure to ask if this is something that is bothering you. For the dry mouth, I got a mouth spray for and this helped at night and I took Pepcid for the sour stomach. Mostly I just took it all one day at a time. Like I said everyone is different. Listen to your body and I'm wishing you the best on your journey.
