I went to Good Will and bought a few men’s button up shirts, that were roomy. My surgeons office gave me cross body type of thing to put my drains in. I found it uncomfortable. I pinned them tho the inside of the shirts. Even with the drains, I still had leaking from surgical sites. I didn’t care if it got on the shirts. I donated them back to Good Will after.

@A MyBCTeam Member: Most definitely button down shirts. I found useful to tape the drainage tubes down so they won't bug you. I asked the nurses is there anything I could between me and the seatbelt for the ride back home they gave me my pillow they changed the pillow case. You definitely got it stay strong.
@A MyBCTeam Member: zip-front or button-front tops, a post-surgical zip-front camisole with drain pouches inside (I got an Amoena one - comfy enough to sleep in. Very handy to keep the drains secure and in place while sleeping). Maybe some dry shampoo if you're not up to washing your hair for a bit, and small pillow(s) to put between your chest and the seat belt for the drive home. Restoralax to get things moving asap after surgery, as surgery tends to affect the bowels. You really won't need as much as you think.

It depends if you have drains or a pump. I bought the tops and had a drain pump. So I walked around holding it and emptied and measured the drains once a day. Never saw anyone else with it.
