I took Anastrozole and the only thing I noticed was a change in my mood. The least little thing would set me off. I asked to be taken off and was given Exemestane. So far, so good.

I was on Anastrozole for 6 months. I didn't have hair loss, but I did have an increase of face fuzz. I had to quit taking Anastrozole because of the joint and muscle pain. I've heard that some women don't have any adverse affects. That's what I hope for you!

Been on Anastrozole and my hair hasn't had changed at all. So far very minimal joint pain in my knees but its only been 2 months.
