Unfortunately, no amount of pills can help me with my arthritis. Bone on bone, cartilge gone, had shots in joints, etc. I get very sick to my stomach with any kind of gluclosomine, magnesium, etc. that's why I cant' take it anyway. You sound like you are really determined to finish this out and not take a chance for recurrence.
I admire your courage! I guess I'm just so done with arthritic pain and hot flahses and not sleeping and being plain miserable from menop. I'll reach out to you and let you know if I choose to take the pill. I should have started one month ago, and I am procrastinating.. THAT is so NOT my nature! I'm just an internally emotioanl wreck.
I want to give YOU a HUG For what you have been and are going through. So thank you for your hug. It's so needed. I don't have support from Sloane, they want yo to live, that's it. Others have no clue what its like t o go through breast cancer and pre/post existing conditions due to body breaking down. I am older, so lmy body is OLDER!! i feel like 80!!! Thank you, that's definitely something I'll try.... the Hydro Acid. I've been practicing doing yoga 3x a week via Zoom with a wonderful instructor for a few years! So, that's a big help! Thanks so much for caring and responding to me. No one else understands like you wonderful women do! You're a blessing!

Barbara, I do yoga and move alot to build up my joints and muscles.
Im thinking of trying it and worse scenario, I stop it. May I ask your age? Im 72 yrs. young!

Thank u so much jennifer and barbara for responding to for my question about pre existing severe arthritis and anastrole arimidex pull. Estrogen depletion is so hard on my body. Horrible menopause for 15 yrs; arthritic all my life. 72 yrs old just getting my arthritis, hot flashes under control. The thought (I took hormone therapy) of going backwards and depleting what i need to limit my pain, and taking a pill that will undoubetdly cause more pain is causing me unbelievable anxiety. Im so afraid that 24hrs after i swallow this pill the side effects begin. I read that 70% of estrogen is depleted from u in one day. Horrible sleeping, (had to take lunesta from menopause days and still do), vomiting (extremely sensitive stomach), hot flashes etc. im sure moly afraid of these pills that could save my life but my quality of life declines. Im not sure i will do this pill. Im told im crazy not to. . Scared afraid anxious and sloan can offer me no support other than take ibuprofin for arthritic pain and cold packs for hot flashes. Wear cotton. Thank u for reaching out and hearing me! No one else seems to cate about the side effects of depleted estrogen. Bless tou and wish u well !! Anna Maria
