Achy internal pain on left side

I had a lumpectomy on my left breast June 12th. Finished up 16 radiation treatments about 2 weeks ago. Today just began this achy feeling internal ache on my left side. Anyone else get this?

Yep. I had it but it was after surgery (July 3rd) and it was achiness just until last week. I have upper breast pain stabbing-burning-twinges that started a few weeks ago.
