Trazimera & Reclast (zoledronic acid)

Can anyone share about Trazimera infusion? My Mom has osteoporosis and will also have Reclast (zoledronic acid) injection. We are wondering if this will help prevent bone loss. We are nervous about the amount of drugs going into her body and the side effects.
