If you can take Tylenol, that has helped. I take the normal dosage of 350. If you decide to take it, it might be a good idea to check with your doctor. I know I cannot take the 500 dosage. Full disclosure: I am not a doctor!!!!!

Heat and message the area that hurts. Helps to move the medicine since it is so thick. I have a CT in August which will show if there are any changes where the medicine is targeted. Grateful that last scan, 3 months ago, showed improvement. Hope this helps.
