Has any one done the Bre-18 clinical trial for metaplastic triple negative breast cancer?

Has anyone been involved in these trials for CtDNA testing and micro metastasis...any one take the following drugs..tecentriq , inavolisib,or talzania? If so how did you handle them? Any information would be greatly appreciated
