My radiation started 2.5 months following surgery
It depends on healing. You need to be fully healed from surgery, and the surgeon and/or plastic surgeon has to give the ok. I started 6 weeks after.
The radiation oncologist told me the window for radiation was 12 weeks after surgery. I opted out of radiation.
