Is anyone taking DIM supplement along with armotose inhibitor?

Under the care of a naturopath doctor. DIM supplements plus others. Said no to AI. Both naturopath and oncologist agree. Not to do both. AI blocks all estrogen so no need for DIM, which minimizes it.
