I have same issues as you. I am have only been on my pill for a few days. I had some issues prior to the pill too.

So I am on Letrozole and my hair has definitely gotten thinner. I also try to take collagen daily. I also have bone pain, arthritis type pain, especially in my treatment side and treatment side hand. In the morning my right hand/fingers have some selling but get better once I’m up and about.

on Letrozole, my bones hurts but I can tolerate the pain as long as I can. I am taking vitamin D 3 and calcium
