Definitely call- first thing, ok?

Have you tried ice? I had the same surgery in the left side on the August 11th. Really sore. They had me put ice pack on the incision for 20 minutes and off 20 minutes.
Moist heat helps the pain some and helps the body reobsorb the uid build up. Or I'll say it has me. Good luck and prayers for a fast recovery for you

Thank you it is fluid building but but didnt know if this is just another side affect from surgery. Not on any meds for cancer yet.

It is possible that fluid is building up- give the surgeon's office a call in the morning, no need to be worried and in pain! The locking up of the fingers may just be a nerve thing. Are you taking Letrozole or another AI? If so, it may be a side effect known as trigger finger. Hope you get through in the morning, if you can't reach the doctor, call the nurse navigator.
