Mine started coming back towards the end of Taxol treatments; it has grown in super-fast, but then my hair always did grow quickly. Pre-cancer, I had very thin, bleached-blonde hair. Now, it is coming in black & gray (yikes) with the texture of an SOS pad (yikes). And it's curly (yikes). I keep telling myself it's a small price to pay for what I've been through. I started bleaching my hair in 8th grade, but I'm hesitant to color it anymore. I have enough chemicals lurking around in my system between chemo & radiation, I don't want to add to the mix. My hair grew back all grey and curly. I previously had black hair with some grey but just at the root and my hair was also very thick and course. I now have about an inch and a half of very curly hair(chemo curls) and I colored the grey couldn’t handle it. Made me look 10 years older. I actually like the new texture and wouldn’t mind if it stays this way. I get my color retouched once a month.

Lots more gray for me. I color mine anyway, so it didn't really matter for me. I didn't have chemo curl. However, I do have naturally curly hair. It's only about an inch now, so it's about to become out of control. Can't wait for it to grow back completely.
