Has anyone gotten a Rash on both lower legs?

It looks like celluitis. But the antobiotocs and cream is not working. I did not have chemo. Just taking tamoxifen. Thanks

Yeah, I had rashes on both lower legs (mostly where leg hairs are). My skin is more dry lately (probably due to tamoxifen+ extended cold weather). I shaved the hair and applied steroid cream and went away. The area is still bumpy though (I scratched alot becuz the area was itchy)..
