I'm going for a second opinion next week. Unless I hear something different I won't be doing the chemo. 1% is just too low to go through that whole process and run those risks. Thank you for your input. I greatly appreciate it.

I opted out of chemo but did the radiation. I just finished my treatments about 2 weeks ago. I had a 24 score.
I hope I made the right decision.

Thank you for your answers. I too did bilateral mastectomy. Micromet on 1 lymph node which they consider node negative, so radiation is not needed. Er+ Pr+ but low (5.0). They consider this PR -. HER2-. Stage 2a, grade 2. I just dont understand how oncotype report shows only a 1% benefit if I choose to do chemo. Just doesnt seem worth it for 1%
