Maybe I should try try Cymbalta. I have left wrist tendinitis, sore knees, and a wickedly painful right hip. Extra vitamin d and fish oil don’t help. So far almost all the nsaids I’ve taken have stopped working. It’s hard to move and I limp sometimes and I am getting tired of it. The thing that gets me the most is that no one says letrozole will give you arthritis or whatever it is. You are right about all the aromatase inhibitors causing pain and I read letrozole is the most tolerable, so I’m sticking with it. But it’s really hard.

I’m about a year into Femara and yes neck shoulders hips knees back pain. Onc offered to switch but everything has side effects so I’m trying to live with it. Cymbalta helps and recently started around the clock Tylenol.
