Yes I do pay crazy right? You would think the insurance company wouldn’t want to have to pay for all the procedures I went through on the first round. But oh well I guess I’d rather take them then get sick again. I’m still taking the new meds but now feel nauseous. Not sure if it’s just left over from me having the flu or it’s the medication I don’t know.

I had premera they paid for the tamoxifen
Now I have Kaiser Permanente they too pay for the tamoxifen.

You have to pay for your tamoxifen? That sucks my old insurance and current insurance cover the cost of it since its considered preventative.

I was switched to exemestane from letrezole because of extreme joint pain from the letrezole. Now that I'm on the exemestane, I've noticed that I have lots of skin breakouts, which I NEVER had! I'm 59 and don't think I should have to use zit cream and wrinkle cream at the same time! My oncologist told me to just try to live with it because they don't want to keep popping me on and off different meds. Also, because it's an estrogen blocker, I've noticed more facial hair that I have to cream away. Hope you don't have too much trouble and God bless you!
