I have done 11 next Wednesday will be my last one. I had every se there was but I was determined to finish. It was little harder on me because I have a severe kidney disease too so pain medication was out. My oncologist is so good She got me through it. She is affiliated with the mayo clinic here in Minnesota.

I did the 4 rounds of T/C and I am glad I did it, Had a choice of 8 or 12 rounds. My Oncologist loaded me up with Claratin, Steroids and a strong anti nausea before each infusion . Side effects were Fatique, Insomia and a metal taste in my mouth. I found the Neulasta shot the worst part. I had to be switched to a different type that required 3 shots. Each person reacts differently to chemo. Good Luck with it.

Hi Linda, thank you for sharing. Did you have surgery prior to doing 4 rounds of chemo? If so, how long after surgery did you start your first infusion?
