I have been taking Ibrance for about six months. I have virtually no side effects. The last time my cancer markers were checked, about two and a half months ago, they had gone down quite a bit. I hope it works for you!

I'm taking ibrance, for a two months. Side effects swollen feet. ( edema) off and on. Nausea is another side effect I have. Otherwise, my breast cancer has shrunk, since I have been on ibrance. Otherwise, I'm good. I take zofran for the nausea about 1/2 hour before I take ibrance. This had help me deal with nausea.

Hi. I've been on ibrance since Jan. I noticed some hair loss at first. Not so much now but I also take Biotin. I drink plenty of water An if I don't I feel nauseous. A lot of things have gotten better. I also have a CVS Specialist nurse that calls every few weeks. We discuss how I'm feeling an others reaction to ibrance.
I seem to be having a harder time on the 7 days off now. I don't feel as good. I'm told others are experiencing this also.
My tumor markers are half now but love to see them lower. I have Xgeva , an Faslodex shots every 4 weeks. Just this week my oncologist decided Xgeva every couple of months. I take 1500 mg of calcium a day too. Wow what a Journey..
Hope this helps you!!πŸ’•

Hi Tanya, I've just started Ibrance with Femara. Finished my first month. I just found out in May I have bone mets in my left femur. Feeling tired, been getting one or two mouth sores and noticed more hair in my shower drain. How is your treatment going? I'd like to follow you so we can compare medication and any side effects. My tumer markers went right down to normal after being on femara the first month and then even further down after I started Ibrance so that's good news.
