I was on first chemo drug combo of doxorubicin & Cyclophosphamide for three sessions and then on Taxol for six sessions. In a lot of pain now and it has been two weeks since my final chemo session. The pain seems much worse than any pain I had during the six sessions on the Taxol. Wondering if anyone else feels the same and if this is temporary or permanent?

Are you done all your treatments and if so, how long has it been since your final dose and how long have you had or still have side effects?

I did 4 dose dense sessions of the AC and the side effects were tough. THey gave me 3 weeks off before 12 weeks of Taxol. After 3 Taxols my blood counts fell so much I had to take a month off. I restarted it in December and the side effects and neuropathy seemed to be worse. I just finished on Monday and the side effects seem worse this week than any other week. My chemo nurse says it may take 10-14 days for your symptoms to peak.
