Thats a good idea Nancy. One huge problem going through this with the constant labs, injections, radiation is the build up of scar tissue and I would think massaging those area to preventing it would be a great idea.

I have to massage lotion into the sight daily to prevent the scar tissue caused by radiation from hardening.

Yes ma'am. Two of my aunts and several of my cousins did. Sometimes the skin is sensitive and darker than normal in the treated area. Fluid retention may be a problem, hair may not grow back in the treated area and sensitivity to the sun can be an issue in the treated area for several years. I still have red and blue spider veins or blood vessels at the incision site. t's just a part of the treatment for some folks. Wishing you the very best. Stay in touch. Much love and endless hugs.

When massaging with lotions or oils to help with scar tissue, they told me to massage vertically, horizontally, and then in circles. Vitamin E oil with the massage did help me.
