I suffered severe fatigue throughout chemo and the year of Herceptin. I finished Herceptin 14 months ago and still have odd days when I am very tired for no real reason. I have learnt the hard lesson of living each day to the best my body (and head) can manage so start each day positive and as full of energy as possible and then do what is necessary to have a great day. Sometimes this is a physical, thinking day (we run a business from home) or a read my book, rest in the fresh air day. It is improving all the time but is frustrating.
You are unique so do whatever it takes to get through your day. You are not alone.
