Hi-just a thought......perhaps your job can provide you with a lite duty for a few more weeks. i kind of think that type of work at this time may be too much. i would talk to your doctor and explain your job duties.....he can provide a note indicating you can return to work full duty or on lite duty if your job has alternative duties for you.

What does your radiologist say about it? I was told that the radiation continues to build up for another 2 weeks after your last radiation treatment and than it starts to decrease. If you absolutely must I would say part-time for sure and weight limitations. You're at risk of getting lymphedema for life on the side of your surgery. Maybe the doctor can write you a note to delay for 2 more weeks or so? It never hurts to ask.

Part time is the answer, if they allow it. Make sure your plastic surgeon gives you the thumbs up. I have weight limitations on my lymphedema arm. Good luck, going back to work feels awesome!!
