Ask dr about vagifem it is a prescription suppository that is estrogen, but have had 4 Drs tell me it doesn't get absorbed into the blood stream.

Sweetie, I use a vaginal cream "Replens" it is inserted a few hours before. Doesn't help much, but does provide much needed moisture. Also, Use Astroglide along with the Replens. You can get both products at Walmart, CVS, etc... Dr says just a side effect of the Anastrozole medication and menopause. If you find something that works better please share.

Good luck I still suffer with the same problem they keep saying if you don't use it won't get better but feels like it's tearing me a part. Hope it gets better coconut oil helps
