I am considering flying this weekend for an important event and I've read responses regarding TSA, and needing ID cards. I'm more concerned with the altitude and whether that caused issues for anyone?

Flew to Hawaii from Dallas. Eight hours. Had no issues. Took my compression sleeve but did fine. No issues with screening either. Glad you had a good trip

Flew like any other passenger. Had a card just in case, but that was more for port, not implants. Never had to show it. No one seemed to notice.

I have a card for mynPort which I carry everywhere. They also told me to wear a Lymphedemia sleeve on the affected arm. I also wear compression knee high socks to prevent swelling. Also remember to drink lots of water, I tend to have problems with flights over 6 hours with swelling.

I have flown a lot since my diagnosis and have never had an issue. I don't wear a mask or a compression sleeve or stockings. I do take my Dramamine as I have a tendency towards motion sickness. Others may have different stories. Happy Flying!!
