I have read many Intereasting facts on vitamin k and how it may prevent breast cancer from spreading. Has anyone heard this from a reputable source and or have tried it for theirselves? I would like to know how much for how long and if any noticeable difference.
ive read women need 90 mg of vitamin k.
But if you eat green veggies you don't need to eat very many to get this everyday. Most only 1/2 cup. I put spinach in my smoothies this gives me all I need for the day. Just look up greens and how much you need to consume each day ,much better for you and cheaper than pills.
Hope this helps you.
I take a super K vitamin daily along with my D3 based on my holistic nutritionalists advise. Along with Multi, B complex, CoQ10, Omega 3, and advanced Bio-curcumin
I asked about that @A MyBCTeam Member and was told too much vitamin K can be dangerous and to stay away from K supplements and only get it from your greens.
You definitely don't need a Vitamin K supplement if you eat heathy with lots of leafy greens. Vitamin D often needs to be supplemented.
I am diabetic and lots of diabetics also have fatty livers. So it scares me. After chemo there aren't any Meds I need to be on because I am TNBC. That is good and bad, I guess.
