I was preparing for BMX and did a lot of research but I didn't end up with that surgery. I read that a power reclining chair is helpful for sleeping and recovery. You can rent one if needed. Also, oversized button down shirts & pj's.

Gather loose fitting tops. Also have your breast surgeon use Botox injections in the the chest muscle. It helps to reduce post surgical pain.
